Once your calendar and assessment list are imported, export a new copy of this page with that data already built in. Share the file with students, parents or colleagues — they open it and see your programme's real dates immediately, with nothing to import and no account needed.
Imports are merged into your working data — a new calendar import replaces just the calendar rows, a new assessment import replaces just the assessment rows. Everything is stored only in this browser; nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Open the Import Data tab and download the calendar template and the assessment-list template. Each has a couple of example rows showing the expected format — delete them once you understand the columns.
The calendar file holds holidays, half days and term markers. The assessment file holds every CAS, EE, TOK, IA, coursework and exam date on your programme calendar — one row per event. Any spreadsheet program (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) can edit and save a CSV.
Drop each CSV into its box on the Import Data tab. The Dashboard, Calendar and Browse & Export views update immediately and recompute every time you open this page, based on today's date.
Once you're happy with the data, use Export populated HTML on the Import Data tab. It bakes your current calendar and assessment list into a brand-new copy of this same page — students, parents and colleagues open that file and see your programme's real dates right away, with nothing to import themselves. Re-export any time your dates change.
Right now that's a real, de-identified IB Diploma Programme calendar so you can see how the dashboard behaves before importing your own school's dates. Import your own calendar and assessment list at any time to replace it — or use it as a starting template and edit it directly.
Everything here runs entirely in your browser. Imported data is saved to this browser's local storage only — it is never sent to a server. Clearing your browser data, or opening this file in a different browser, will reset it to this page's built-in data.
